How it works
SendApp reads the GipoNext agenda with an access you authorise, every few minutes and up to 60 days ahead. Appointments land in the Agenda and patients in your contacts.
Step-by-step setup
- Open Apps > GipoNext and click Connect GipoNext.
- Sign in with GipoNext: you authorise SendApp on their own page; we never see your password.
- If your login manages several practices, pick the one to connect.
- Add the reminder rules: how long before the visit, the channel and the message.
- Switch on recalls to invite back patients who have been away for N months.
What happens next
Rules apply to the appointments already imported. If a visit is moved, its reminder moves with it; if it is cancelled, the patient does not show up, or the appointment disappears, the reminder is cancelled.

The app page shows the upcoming appointments with their planned reminders and the sync history.
