How it works
You connect Google Ads to SendApp with a Google sign-in: you pick the Google Ads accounts and SendApp imports the leads of your forms by itself, checking every few minutes. Nothing to copy, no Zapier, no manual exports.
Setup in 3 steps
- Go to Apps > Google Ads Lead Forms, pick the SendApp account that should receive the leads and click Sign in with Google. Use the Google account that manages your campaigns.
- Choose the Google Ads accounts on the selection screen: one or many, and the accounts run by a manager appear grouped under it. Leave the option to also import the leads of the last days ticked: they become contacts and Pipeline cards, with no welcome message and no automation.
- That is it: the leads arrive on their own. Under "Forms" every form shows up with the columns received, already mapped (name, phone, email; every other column becomes a custom field). Rename the form, review the mapping and save it.
What happens next
Every new lead creates or updates the contact (tag google-ads + the form name) and lands in the Pipeline, where you follow it stage by stage. From the Pipeline you can enable the WhatsApp welcome message (approved template) sent automatically to every new lead, or build an Automation with the "New lead" trigger and the "Google Ads" source. Test leads show up in Leads > Google Ads with the "Test" badge: they create no contact, never enter the Pipeline and get no welcome message.
Permissions and privacy
Google asks for full access to Google Ads: it is the only permission Google offers. SendApp only reads the leads of your lead forms and never touches your campaigns. You can revoke everything whenever you want with Disconnect in the app card: the connection is removed at once. The leads already imported stay yours — manage or delete them from Contacts and Leads > Google Ads.
Advanced option: webhook
If you prefer the real-time push delivery, open "Advanced: send leads with a webhook" in the app card, copy the URL and the key and paste them in Google Ads: Campaigns > Assets > "Lead form" > pencil > "Export leads from Google Ads" > "Webhook integration (optional)", then "Send test data" and save. Both paths can run together.
Verify
The "Sync now" button in the app card checks for new leads immediately and tells you how many it found. If it says "Reconnect needed", Google revoked the authorisation (changing the Google account password does that too): sign in again and the import resumes where it stopped. Google keeps leads for 60 days: connect your accounts early.
