How it works
SendApp reads the TeamSystem CRM agenda with a key you generate, every few minutes and up to 60 days ahead. Appointments land in the Agenda and contacts in your address book.
Where to find the key
- In the CRM open SETUP > USERS > USER.
- Go to the Web API Keys tab and click Add Web API Key.
- Each key has its own permissions: SendApp only needs read on appointments and contacts.
- Copy the key and paste it into SendApp.
Step-by-step setup
- Open Apps > TeamSystem CRM and paste the key.
- Choose which consent counts as marketing: the CRM keeps several types, so you decide.
- Add the reminder rules: how long before, the channel and the message.
- Switch on recalls to invite back customers you have not seen for N months.
What happens next
Rules apply to the appointments already imported. If an appointment moves, its reminder moves with it; if it is deleted in the CRM, the reminder is cancelled.
Verify
The app page shows the upcoming appointments with their planned reminders and the sync history.
