Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how SendApp Agent ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Account password (encrypted)
  • Payment email address (via PayPal or Stripe)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

  • Account management and authentication
  • Service provision
  • Communication about your account and our services
  • Processing payments

AI Assistant Memory

Our in-app AI assistant may remember a small number of short preferences and context about how you use SendApp Agent (for example your preferred channel, your business sector, or a campaign you are working on) so it can help you better in future conversations. These notes are brief, are kept only for your own account, and are never shared.

  • Stored temporarily for up to 30 days and automatically deleted if not used.
  • Never include passwords, payment cards or other sensitive data.
  • You can clear them at any time by asking the assistant to "forget everything".

AI Image and Video Generation

When you generate an image or a video, the description you write is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Google) so it can produce the file. SendApp Agent does not use your descriptions to train any model, and does not share them with anyone other than the provider performing the generation.

  • Your description is stored with the generation record so you can see what you asked for, retry it, and so we can respond if a generation is ever disputed or reported. Descriptions are automatically removed after 90 days; the billing record (date, model, price) is kept longer because accounting law requires it.
  • Generated files are stored in your own media library, are visible only to your account, and count towards your plan storage limit. You can delete them at any time.
  • The provider processes your description under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not include personal data, customer details, or confidential information in a description.
  • We keep a record of each generation (date, model used, price charged) for billing and accounting purposes, as required by law.
  • AI credit purchased for generation is non-refundable in all cases. See the AI Credit section of our Terms & Conditions for the full terms.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties. Your data remains strictly confidential and is used only for the purposes stated in this policy.

Google User Data

When you choose to connect your Google account to SendApp Agent, we request access only to the specific Google data needed for the feature you enable, and only after you grant explicit consent through Google's OAuth screen. We never access your Google account without your authorization.

Google Ads (lead forms) — If you connect Google Ads, we use the Google Ads permission in read-only mode to import the submissions of your own Google Ads lead forms (name, phone, email and the answers of your forms) into your own SendApp Agent account, so you can reply to your leads. We never create, modify or delete campaigns, ads or budgets; campaign and ad group names are read only to label your leads.

Google Calendar — If you connect Google Calendar, we use the calendar permission solely to power two-way appointment booking on your own calendar: reading your events and free/busy availability to offer only free time slots, and creating, updating, or deleting events when your customers book, reschedule, or cancel through chat.

Google Sheets — If you connect Google Sheets, we use it only to export your own SendApp Agent contacts into a spreadsheet that we create for you, and to keep that spreadsheet updated. Using the drive.file permission, we can access only the spreadsheet our application creates — never any other file in your Google Drive.

  • We access your Google data only to provide the features you explicitly enable.
  • We do not sell your Google data, nor share it with third parties.
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising or to train AI/ML models.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect Google at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
Google Limited Use disclosure SendApp Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Regular security audits
  • Secure data transmission
