Fatture in Cloud

Invoicing & accounting Verified integration

Connect Fatture in Cloud: your client gets the invoice on WhatsApp as soon as you issue it, and before and after each due date a payment reminder goes out on its own until it is paid.

Before you start

  • A SendApp account with a connected channel (WhatsApp, SMS or email).
  • A Fatture in Cloud account with access to the issued invoices and the client list of the company to connect.

How to connect it

  1. Open Apps → Fatture in Cloud in SendApp and press Sign in with Fatture in Cloud.
  2. Sign in with your Fatture in Cloud login and allow SendApp to read issued invoices and clients.
  3. If your login opens several companies, choose the one to follow.
  4. Add the rules: invoice issued, reminder before the due date, polite reminder after it. For each rule choose the channel and the message (on WhatsApp, an approved template).

What SendApp reads

  • Issued invoices: number, date, amount, due dates and payment status.
  • Clients: name, phone and email, to know whom to write to.

Access is read-only (scopes issued_documents.invoices:r and entity.clients:r): SendApp never creates, changes or deletes anything in Fatture in Cloud.

What happens next

  • Fatture in Cloud notifies SendApp of every invoice created, changed or deleted; a periodic check catches any missed notice.
  • Messages only apply to invoices issued from the day you connect: nothing is sent about earlier ones.
  • As soon as an invoice is paid, the scheduled reminders are cancelled.

How to disconnect

In SendApp: Apps → Fatture in Cloud → ⋮ menu → Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Fatture in Cloud, under Settings → Connected applications.
