How to connect

1. Open the SendApp app on Zapier with the Open the app on Zapier button.
2. In Zapier create a Zap and choose SendApp as the trigger or as an action.
3. Press Connect: SendApp opens. Sign in with the owner's account, choose Read and act for me and press Allow.
4. Back on Zapier, the connection shows your name and email. Choose the WhatsApp account, the template and fill in the fields.

What you need

• A SendApp plan with API access.
• For the WhatsApp actions, a WhatsApp number connected to the account you choose; for SMS, the SMS sender set up.
• WhatsApp delivers free-form messages only within 24 hours of the customer's last message: outside that window use Send WhatsApp Template.

Security

Zapier never sees your password: it receives an access you can revoke at any time from Settings → Connected AI assistants. With Read only Zapier reads your contacts but cannot send or change anything. If you change your SendApp password the connection ends: on Zapier just press Connect again.
