How it works

In SendApp's Online shop app you choose the WhatsApp account, then Magento, and paste the shop address and the four values of a Magento integration. SendApp tries the connection before saving it.

Create the integration in Magento

1. In the Magento admin open System → Extensions → Integrations and press Add New Integration.
2. Write «SendApp» in Name and your admin password in «Your Password».
3. In the API tab set «Resource Access» to Custom and tick only: Catalog → Inventory → Products, Sales → Operations → Orders → Actions → View and Sales → Operations → Shipments.
4. Save, then press Activate next to SendApp and Allow.
5. Copy the four values Magento shows (Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, Access Token Secret) and paste them in SendApp → Apps → Online shop.

What it does

• The assistant searches products with price, availability, photo and the link to the product page.
• It answers about the order status only to the customer in the chat, recognised by the order's phone or email.
• New, paid, shipped (with the tracking number) and cancelled orders start the order automations within two minutes.

SendApp uses the integration only to read: it never changes products, prices or orders. It works with Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4, with no module to install.
