What the app does

• WhatsApp after a missed call: when nobody answers, the «Missed call» automation sends your approved WhatsApp template to the caller, from the WhatsApp number you choose. When the customer replies, the chat continues in SendApp with the AI or your team.
• Answered and outgoing calls: when an answered call ends, the «Call ended» event can send a follow-up message; the calls your team makes too, if you switch them on.
• The caller on your contacts: found in your address book or added as a new contact, with the tag you choose («zadarma» unless you change it).
• Calls between extensions and hidden numbers start nothing.

Step-by-step connection

1. In SendApp open Apps → Zadarma and choose the WhatsApp number for the messages after the calls.
2. In your Zadarma account open Settings → Integrations and API → Keys and API and generate the keys: copy the Key and the Secret.
3. Paste them in the app page in SendApp and press Connect Zadarma. SendApp sets its own address for the call notifications of your Zadarma PBX by itself: nothing to paste in Zadarma. If Zadarma already sent its notifications to another address, SendApp tells you and replaces it only if you confirm.
4. Press Create the ready-made automation: SendApp creates the «Missed call» automation switched off and sends its template to Meta. When Meta approves it, switch it on in Automations.
5. In Which calls start the automations choose missed calls, answered calls, your team's calls and the callers' tag.

Important: each WhatsApp number works with one Zadarma account and each Zadarma account with one number. To connect a second Zadarma account you need another WhatsApp number in SendApp. The call notifications come from the Zadarma PBX: it must be active in your account.

Privacy

SendApp receives the calls with your keys, which it keeps encrypted, and keeps no list of your calls: only how many arrived. Every notification is signed by Zadarma and SendApp checks the signature. If you disconnect the app, SendApp removes its address from Zadarma and forgets the keys.
