GipoNext

How it works

SendApp reads the GipoNext agenda with an access you authorise, every few minutes and up to 60 days ahead. Appointments land in the Agenda and patients in your contacts; reminders and recalls go out according to the rules you set.

Step-by-step setup

1. Open Apps > GipoNext in SendApp and click Connect GipoNext.
2. Sign in with GipoNext: you authorise SendApp directly on their page; we never see your password.
3. If SendApp tells you the connection is not active yet, contact GipoNext support and ask them to enable the integration with SendApp for your practice.
4. If your login manages several practices, choose the one to connect.
5. Add the reminder rules: how long before the visit, the channel and the message. You can send yourself a test.
6. If you like, switch on Only remind confirmed appointments: appointments still «to be confirmed» in GipoNext get no reminder until the practice confirms them.
7. Switch on recalls if you want to invite back patients who have not returned for N months.

What happens next

The rules also apply to the appointments already imported. If a visit is moved, its reminder moves with it; if it is cancelled, if the patient does not show up or if the appointment disappears from the agenda, the reminder is cancelled.

Verify

On the app page you see the upcoming appointments with their planned reminders and the sync history. The GipoNext badge appears in the Agenda on every imported appointment.
