How to connect

1. Add the SendApp app to your Make account with the Add the app on Make button.
2. In a scenario add a SendApp module, as the trigger or as an action.
3. In the Connection field press Create a connection and then Save: SendApp opens. Sign in with the owner's account, choose Read and act for me and press Allow.
4. Back on Make, the connection shows your name and email. Choose the account and fill in the fields; a template shows one field for each variable.

What you need

• A SendApp plan with API access.
• For the WhatsApp actions, a WhatsApp number connected to the account you choose; for SMS, the SMS sender set up.
• WhatsApp delivers free-form messages only within 24 hours of the customer's last message: outside that window use Send a WhatsApp Template.

Security

Make never sees your password: it receives an access you can revoke at any time from Settings → Connected AI assistants. With Read only Make reads your contacts but cannot send or change anything. If you change your SendApp password the connection ends: on Make just press Reauthorize.

The first version of the app

Scenarios built with the first version (API key connection) keep working, but those modules can no longer be added: new scenarios use the ones above.
