How it works
- Open WhatsApp Web as usual.
- Select the conversation with the customer.
- Open SendApp Agent Sender.
- Choose an approved WhatsApp template and fill in the variables.
- Send: the message goes out as an official template via the WhatsApp Business API, never from WhatsApp Web.
Why it's safe
WhatsApp Web is used only as a contact selector. No UI automation, no simulated clicks: fully compliant with Meta and WhatsApp policies, so you avoid account blocks.
