How it works
On every Zadarma call event we create or update the contact in SendApp: the caller's number becomes a contact and we tag it. We don't send messages on your behalf: you contact the leads whenever you want with a campaign or via API.
Step-by-step setup
- Copy your Webhook URL from the box above (select the account first).
- Log in to Zadarma and go to the Webhook/Integrations section of the settings.
- Paste the URL and select the incoming call notifications (the
caller_idbecomes the contact):- Incoming call

- Incoming call
- Save.
General rule: choose events that include customer data (name, phone or email): without a phone or email the contact is not created.
What happens next
The contacts coming from Zadarma are created and tagged (zadarma) in SendApp. Reach them with a campaign filtering by that tag, or through the API.
Verify
Generate a test call on Zadarma and check that the contact appears in SendApp. Without the caller's number the contact is not created.
