How it works
SendApp reads the AlfaDocs agenda with the practice API key, every few minutes and up to 60 days ahead. Appointments land in the Agenda and patients in your contacts; reminders and recalls follow the rules you set.
Step-by-step setup
- Create a key in AlfaDocs: Settings > Practice > Keys, + button. The key is shown once: copy it right away.
- Open Apps > AlfaDocs in SendApp, pick the account and paste the key. SendApp finds the practice and archive by itself.
- Add the reminder rules: how long before the visit, the channel (WhatsApp Meta with template, WhatsApp Web, SMS, email) and the message. You can send yourself a test.
- Switch on recalls to invite back patients who have been away for N months: marketing consent, send hour, daily cap and tag.
What happens next
Rules apply to the appointments already imported. If a visit is moved, its reminder moves with it; if it is cancelled or deleted in AlfaDocs, the reminder is cancelled.
Verify
The app page shows the upcoming appointments with their planned reminders and the sync history. The AlfaDocs badge appears in the Agenda on every imported appointment.
