Send events from your server

POST https://app.sendapp.ai/api/pixel/events

Records in a site's Pixel the events that do not go through the browser: a sale in the shop, a renewal from the management software, an order taken on the phone. A purchase becomes a confirmed order and its revenue goes to the right campaign or automation, like the site's orders.

The other names (for example preventivo_accettato) become actions of the contact and can start the «Does an action on the site» automations.

event_id makes the call repeatable: the same event sent twice (even days apart, up to 7) counts only once and appears in duplicates.

The contact is recognized by phone or email; if it does not exist, it is created. An event from the server does not override the consent: automations start only for contacts with a recorded marketing consent.

You need a plan with SendApp Pixel, the server events API and API access. At most 100 events per call.

apikey required

Your API Key (alternatively: the X-API-Key header).

site required

The public key of the site (pk_…), from Pixel → Sites → Code.

events required

List of events. Each one: name (lowercase letters, digits and _), event_id (yours, max 64), occurred_at (ISO 8601), contact ({phone or email}), value, currency, order_id, properties (up to 20 simple values).
